We asked for feedback from users about how to improve the child-level EYE reports and you delivered. We received many intriguing ideas, but by far the most common theme was a place for teachers/evaluators to add comments and suggestions to share with families and other team members. We used this information to create an optional additional page for the child report that provides a fillable text box for notes, activity suggestions or whatever else you would like to type in there!
Coordinators: If you're not interested in having the additional page on your Child Reports make sure to let us know before you begin your assessment.
The new Child Report looks a little something like this:

Page 2
There are two ways to add comments:
Option 1: Within the class list page of the online data entry site, there is a field called "Report Comments". Any text entered here will be saved and appear on the Child Report once downloaded. These comments can be edited at any time; simply re-download the Child Report to reflect the most up-to-date comments once changes have been made.
Option 2: Download the Child Report to a computer and use a full PDF reader application like Adobe or Foxit to enter and save text. You can also use a PDF reader applicable to revise comments that were entered via option #1 above.
Please Note: browsers like Chrome can open and view PDF files, but lack the ability to save any edits you make.
