EYE Child Reports available in 21 languages
Discuss a child's progress and engage families whose first language is not English.
Check out our EYE Child Actions Plans! We have pre-and post-session versions available for both the EYE-DA as well as the EYE-TA. This resource comes pre-populated with the child's results and is available to download from our online data entry site, once reports have been generated. Simply click on the 'Get Report' drop-down menu to access this great resource.
Exciting News!
We have a great new feature that allows you to easily identify which children were not assessed in the previous EYE session. If you are an EYE division coordinator or school coordinator, simply click on the Progress Overview icon once your session is complete.
At the top of the page, you’ll find an option to download a detailed report (in Excel format). This report will list the names of the children who were not assessed, along with any notes or reasons provided by the teacher.
