Why am I seeing 99.9% Print or save as PDF

Based on your level of access, you may be able to keep track of your school or districts progress through the Progress Overview feature on your EYE sessions page. You can use this to review and generate progress reports for your team members.

If at the end of your EYE session you see that your progress is at 99.9%, instead of 100%, this usually means that at least one of the schools, or classes, has not generated their reports after all the data has been entered into the system.

The Progress Overview report can be viewed in two ways. One is from the overall Progress Overview dashboard when looking at the whole district, and the other would be in the same location when a single school is selected.

Overall Progress Overview

Clicking on the Progress Overview More Info link from your EYE dashboard will take you to the Assessment Status page.

A district coordinator role will see the Assessment Status for each school within the entire district. They can see what schools are currently In Progress, which schools have not started, and if any schools/classrooms have not yet generated their reports. The coordinator can then generate any missing reports to bring their progress to 100%.

To generate a missing report, select the name of the school with Data Entry Progress showing at 99.9% and click Generate Reports.  The status should then be updated from 99.9% to 100%.

If you are a Teacher and your class progress is listed at 99.9%, please ensure that all your child reports have been generated. Here is the support article for generated reports for EYE-TA, and here is the support article for EYE-DA.
