You can change the scores before generating the reports.
Once you generate the reports you are not able to modify the scores.
If you must modify the scores, please download the form that applies to you and send it to your EYE coordinator for approval. Once we have received this form from your EYE Coordinator, we will notify you when the changes have been applied. Once changes have been applied, please re-download the affected reports so that your records will reflect the most up-to-date information.
