How do I generate my EYE-TA reports? Print or save as PDF

After reviewing your scores for all children in your completed Teacher Checklist, there are 2 ways that you can do to generate the child's report.  

Note: The results won't show from the Results Viewing section if the reports were not generated.

 

1. From the Progress Overview Dashboard, click the Data Entry icon.

2. Click the "Generate Reports" button. To generate the reports of all the children that were assessed.

3. You can generate the reports of the child, individually, as shown below.

Note: Once you have generated reports, you cannot go back and edit any of the scores entered.
