The following article provides an overview of the Session Administrator role. This new role offers many new and exciting features that enable you to manage your session and have greater overall visibility into your session settings.
After you log in to the EYE online data entry site, you will see the following additional icons under the Session Administration section:
With the Session Administrator role, you will now be able to edit the following aspects of the session:

The Child Report Page 2 - Add or remove the second page of the Child Report where teachers can provide additional comments. |
| Child Report Shape Color - Select whether the Child Report shape results will be in Color (Red, Yellow, and Green) or Black and White. | |
| Gender Options - Choose the gender options that will be available to teachers and evaluators who are entering childrens’ data. | |
| Email Preference - Select the types of information and resources that The Learning Bar is authorized to send to users within your jurisdiction (for example, newsletters and feedback surveys). |

The Current Session Settings allows you to view your current (or most recent) session’s implementation details at a glance. This is particularly useful when filling out the Implementation Form for the next school year, as you can see everything that was selected in the past. |
