Assessment records for all children are securely stored in our database. Records are stored longitudinally such that we store all of the different assessments that each child completes over time. For example, if a child does an EYE-DA assessment before entering kindergarten and then an EYE-TA assessment after entering kindergarten months or even a year or two later, both assessments are linked to the child’s record.
