The new EYE landing page is making things easier!
Once you're logged in to the system, click on the icon for the Resource and Help section.
From here, you'll be directed to our EYE Landing Page. Our Landing Page links you to our Knowledge Base and Activity Dashboard. EYE-100, Simple Targeted Activities to Assess EYE-TA Items, and all our supporting resources. The format, delivered via our learning management system (LMS) called Absorb, allows teachers and other support staff to complete their training independently and at their own pace.

Looking for a specific item? Use our search feature in the knowledge base to quickly find your answer!
Use the Activity DAshboard to quick find activities
Do you need specific activities to better observe EYE-TA skills in your classroom or to strengthen the skills that need additional support? The activity dashboard will allow you to select specific EYE-TA items, filter by group size, and/or COVID compatibility. You will then be able to view a list of activities matching these criteria, including the activity name and description, any accompanying materials, and possible activity modifications.

NEW Feature!
Explore this new feature: Add comments to the second page of the child report in the system
If your jurisdiction uses the second page of the Child Report, you will now find a “Report Comments” section within your class list page. Comments entered inside this box will save within the online data entry site and automatically be applied to your Child Reports. You can come back and edit these comments at any time, and you can still edit the comments section outside of the online data entry site as well. For more information, click here.
Note for EYE coordinators: This edition of the 2022-2023 EYE newsletter is going out to your staff as well unless you have opted out of your teachers receiving the newsletter on the implementation form. Also, if this year’s EYE session is not active, teachers will not receive this email. Feel free to share it with your staff if appropriate!
