Sharing your results
Looking ahead to next year!
The end of the school year is almost here! With just a few weeks left in the school year, it's time to consider how you are going to share your EYE results with next year's teacher. To support educators, multidisciplinary teams, and caregivers in planning for successful transitions, consider reflecting on the following questions:
-
-
- What supports were implemented during the current school year?
- What worked well and responded to the child's needs?
- What supports and responses did not work well and why?
- How can this information support children in transitioning to the next grade?
-
Establishing an early baseline of each child’s learning and developmental skills provides you with the information you need to ensure your students receive the ongoing support they need to succeed. Using the EYE Child Action Plans can help to provide this information in a structured format so educators can start the year prepared for their new cohort.
The EYE Child Action Plans are available in the system once you have generated your reports. We have versions available for the EYE-DA as well as the EYE-TA, and they come pre-populated with the children’s EYE results. The Action Plans can be found in the report package and also under the ‘Get Report’ drop-down menu
