Current Session Settings Print or save as PDF

The Current Session Settings show you the overall configuration of your session. This is particularly helpful to look at when filling out the Implementation Form for the following school year; you can see everything you had previously selected in one place.

Feature
Description
1.  Name Shows the year and the type of session (Pre or Post) session.
2.  Status This provides you with the current status of your session.
  • In-Progress - the assessment is open, and the users can continually input their data.
  • Closed - the assessment is closed, and users can no longer input data.
  • Complete - the assessment is done, and all required reports have been delivered.
3. 

Child ID Required

When users add children to their class lists, Child ID can either be a required field (an ID MUST be entered, or they will be unable to add the child to their list), or optional.
  • Yes - Child ID is a required field
  • No - Child ID is an optional field

4. 

Child Report Page 2

This is the second page of the Child Report, where teachers can provide additional comments. 
  • Yes - all Child Reports will contain the 2nd page.
  • No - all Child Reports will only contain the 1st page.
5. 

Monochrome Shapes

We provide the option to have the coloured Child Report shape results shown in black and white. 
  • Yes -  the child's results will be displayed in black and white. 
  • No - the child's results will be displayed in the regular red, yellow, and green colour scheme.
6. 

3rd Gender Option

The gender option is available for evaluators to select from when adding children to their lists. 
  • Yes - users can select from Male, Female, or In Another Way
  • No  - users can select Male or Female.
7.  Email Preference This shows what type of email communications you would like users to receive from The Learning Bar.
8.  Start Date The date that the session opened.
9.  End Date The date that the session closed.
10. OK To close the pop-up window.
