When setting up your EYE session, it is important to know what are the different user roles and what permission it does in the system. These roles are required from the “Additional Personnel” sheet from the file you have submitted before it gets uploaded.
District Coordinator
This role grants full access to the EYE session. They can see and monitor the progress of the schools under their district. They can also view child/school reports and as well as the EYE reports once it is available.
School Coordinator
The role has full access to view and download reports from the different classes under their school. With this role, they can also input and enter the child’s data. They can also view the school report once available.
Teacher
This role is given to someone who is responsible to assess or evaluate the child. They would be able to see and download results from their designated class.
Evaluator
This role can only add, edit and enter the student data but is unable to view reports from the class.
It is recommended to review and make sure to provide us with an updated list of personnel and the correct permission prior to setting up your session.
