I haven't received my password. How do I get it? Print or save as PDF

If you are expecting to begin your data entry into the EYE system but have not yet received your password:

  1. Check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder; it is possible that the password email went to this folder, depending on your email settings. If it is not in this folder
  2. Contact your EYE coordinator and inquire about the expected start date of your jurisdiction’s assessments. The case may simply be that your session has not been set up just yet.
