Help! I am getting a ''There is no active EYE session for your school'' error message Print or save as PDF

When I attempt to login I receive the following message:

"At this time, there is no active EYE session for your school. The EYE systems team will email you a notice when your account is ready to use. If you have questions about the timing of your EYE assessment, please contact your coordinator."

This message indicates that your account is not currently linked to an active assessment (i.e. there is nothing to log into). Typically, you will see this message when we are in the midst of setting up your assessment.

If your coordinator confirmed your session has begun and you are still seeing this message please let us know as it may indicate that your account has not been correctly linked to the assessment. Please contact us at eye-support@thelearningbar.com
