The District Coordinator role gives you the ability to download the child reports of all, or some, of the students under your school division when the session has been closed and all the reports are released.
By clicking on the Download Reports icon, you will be able to download the following type of reports; (Class and Child reports, Action plans, and Summary reports).
The coordinator can also customize what report to download.
- Language Section - the user can choose the type of language whether the report will either be in (English, French, or Spanish).
- Report Type - This allows the user to choose what type of report to download whether the Class/Child reports or the Action plans or the Summary reports.
- RTI Results - this is only applicable to those with EYE-TA sessions. The user can choose what result to choose by selecting the boxes below.
- Include Pre-Session Reports? - this allows the user to select whether they want to include the results from their pre-session or not.
Downloading the child reports can be done either at the division level which includes the entire school or only to a specific school only.
