The EYE system can validate the child's record if it exists in another class. The transferring process will only work if the student record already exists in another class within the EYE application.
Please make sure that all information about the student is the same, otherwise, any difference in the child's information will be treated as a new student, and the student will not be transferred.
1. Select the Data Entry icon.
2. Under the Manage Class List, select the button.
3. Then, choose the Transfer Child button, to enter the child's information.
4. Input the child's information and click Search. The system will search for any child listed in the system and provide the results with the accurate matching percentage of the record.
5. Once you have reviewed the data shown, select the Transfer button. By clicking OK on the pop up you are confirming that the student information is the same.
6. A successful message confirms that the child has been transferred to the class.
