By clicking on the Change Session Settings button, you will be redirected to the Update Session Settings view, as shown in the images below.
Important: Any changes to the report settings will force all reports to be updated once saved. Please ensure that the teachers are advised to reprint their reports where applicable.
On this page, you will find the following settings; Child Report Page, Monochrome Shapes, 3rd Option, and Email Preference.
Child Report Page 2
Lets you choose whether you want to add or remove the Child Report Page 2. This page allows teachers to provide additional comments after the report has been downloaded onto their computer.
Monochrome Shapes
You can choose whether the results are in colour (red, yellow, and green) or simply in black and white, as shown in the image below.
3rd Gender Option
You can also update your settings to include or exclude "In another way" as a selectable gender. When you toggle the bar to Yes, it will include the following gender options: Male, Female, and In another way. Otherwise, it will only show the Male and Female options.
Email Preferences
Finally, you can update the Email Preferences for your jurisdiction. Choices are:
To save the changes made click the Update button at the bottom of the page.
