After uploading my file I received the error ‘Unable to upload. Not all item scores are visible.’ What does this mean?
This error occurs if our system detects that some of the scores on the checklist were obscured or hard to read. Try taking a new photo or scan of the checklist and resubmitting.
After uploading my file I received the error ‘Unable to upload file. Please review the upload instructions and try again.’ What does this mean?
This error occurs if our system was unable to read the document properly but the system was unable to determine why. This may be due to poor image quality or the wrong file was uploaded.
After uploading my file I received the error ‘Unable to upload due to low image quality.’ What does this mean?
This error occurs if our system isn't able to properly read the document due to the file size being too small. A good quality image is typically 2MB-5MB. Avoid reducing the resolution of the image if possible.
After uploading my file I received the error ‘No scores detected. Either no scores have been entered, are obscured, or the colour is too light. Please fill in all scores with a dark colour (i.e. black or blue) and re-upload.’ What does this mean?
Our system was able to correctly read the file but wasn't able to distinguish the selected scores for the child. Ensure the circle is fully filled in using a dark colour pen/pencil. Only one circle should be filled out for each assessed skill area.
After uploading my file I received the error ‘Error: The chosen domain does not appear to match the document.’ What does this mean?
As a safety check, the system will automatically detect the domain the checklist appears to be for and will give you this error if attempting to upload for a different domain.
After uploading my file I received the error ‘File appears to be for the wrong class.’ What does this mean?
As a safety check, the system will make sure the children on the checklist belong to the classroom that the document is being uploaded to.
After uploading my file I received the error ‘Some scores were undetectable’ and a list of children. What does this mean?
For various reasons, the system might not have been able to process every score entered. If this happens, it will notify you and provide a list of the children whose scores were not captured. This information will also be visible on the Progress Overview page, allowing you to quickly identify any missing items."
