EYE-DA Account Roles and Permissions Print or save as PDF

When setting up your EYE session, it is important to know the different levels of access each role permits, and what permissions these roles allow. On your Session Setup Data File, each user you wish to grant access to will need a role assigned to them within the Additional Personnel sheet.

District Coordinator

This role grants full access to the EYE session. Users can monitor the progress of all the schools and classes in their district. They can also add/edit child demographic information, enter assessment scores, search for a child, access child and class reports, and where applicable, view school- and division-level reports.

School Coordinator

Users can monitor the progress of all the classes in their school. They can also add/edit child demographic information, enter assessment scores, search for a child, access child and class reports, and where applicable, access their school-level report.

Teacher/Evaluator

This role is normally given to users who assess or evaluate children. Users can access child reports and class reports in their designated class(es). With this role, they will also be able to add/edit child demographic information and enter assessment scores.

Data Entry Clerk

This role is given to users who will only be adding/editing child demographic information and entering assessment scores. They won’t have access to any reports.

Please review the personnel list and make any necessary updates to the information, including checking that everyone has the correct levels of access before we set up your current session.
